Occasionally, our kidneys and bladder need a little extra support to function at their best. Helping the tissues by toning and soothing irritation is the goal with our Calm Waters tea blend. We selected marshmallow root to soothe and protect from irritation, nettle to tone and strengthen, uva ursi and peppermint to cool. This tea is best served cold by steeping in cold water in the refrigerator overnight. Organic.
