It's easy for the daily grind to start pushing your blood pressure up little by little while it increases the burden that stress places on the cardiovascular system. We created Lionheart in response to this need for cardiovascular support to help tone and strengthen tissue, while helping soothe some of the heat and intensity that stems from conditions like hypertension. These heart-centered herbs also support the heart chakra and are traditionally used for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, astringent, cardiotonic, hypotensive, nervine, alterative, antidepressant, and diaphoretic actions. Kind of impressive what they can do, huh?

| HAWTHORN | commonly used to regulate blood pressure and sense of open-heartedness. This herb is being used in many countries to help recover from heart attacks and heart surgery as well as heart disease and irregular heartbeat.

| ROSE | cools heat and excitation in the cardiovascular system that frequently manifests as hypertension, irregular heart beat, and high cholesterol. It behaves in an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cardioprotective role.

| TULSI | a gentle adaptogen, tulsi has been traditionally used to soothe physical and emotional stress, optimizing oxygenation and nutrient transport in bloodstream, antioxidative, and helpful is situations of blood sugar control, and heart disease.

| HIBISCUS | cardioprotective, antioxidant, hibiscus is one of the most cooling herbs available due to it's ability to soothe the cardiovascular system.
