Little Leveret Sitz Bath

Soothe tired, irritated, and sensitive tissues after birth with this herbal Sitz bath. We’ve combined a selection of herbs that have been traditionally used for recovery in the perineal area after delivery, providing comfort and healing.

Suggested Use: Draw a very hot bath, and place one herb pouch in the water. Allow to steep & salt dissolve until the water temperature is tolerable- hot, but not scalding! Relax in bath, taking caution when exiting and entering the water. IF you have stitches, limit to 1 bath a day. Otherwise, enjoy as needed for comfort.
