| PASSIONFLOWER | Gently calming to the body, mind, and spirit, calming overactive thoughts and promotes natural relaxation.
| BLUE VERVAIN | Calms the nervous system, reducing tension in the muscle bodies and gut.
| ASHWAGANDHA | Grounding adaptogen, supportive to vata dosha imbalances. Gentle nervine and cognitive supportive herb.
Suggested Usage Guidelines: 1-2 droppers taken 1-2 times a day. Can be taken in water or juice.
