Join Dr. Rocha for an insightful class on the physical, emotional, and spiritual roots of anxiety, exploring how this common experience manifests in the body and mind. Through the lens of alchemical herbalism, she will guide us in understanding the role of frequency in emotional states and how essential oils can be used to shift and rebalance anxiety’s energetic imprint.
